Yes, however this is not the preferred paying method, because it is always dangerous to send money cash by mail (could get lost). But of course it is possible, if you

No, NoLimits is available as Internet download only.
Is the download a resumable download? Or if my computer crashes while
downloading, can I start it again?
Yes, the link can be resumed. It is valid for a week.
Is it a big download?
65 MB. We highly recommend to use a download manager such as GetRight (www.getright.com). Download managers assure that the file downloads completely. And furthermore if you lose your internet connection while downloading, they let you
restart a download from the point when you got disconnected, so you do not have to restart the download from scratch again.
